Selamat Jalan Partner (A tribute to Bambang PY)

Dalam setiap perjumpaan pasti ada perpisahan

His name is Y.P Bambang P.Y, a solid guy who became, both, my partner and my best friend in PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia. He taught me how to dealing with people, how to get sales, how to manage distributor team and he taught me "it is'nt easy to become a good sales".

We were responsible for the same distributor, might be the one and only on PVMI history, two supervisor in one distributor. Our target is breakdown in two, if i can achieve target but he can't, then both of us are underachieving. Thats why many colleagues, superior called us a "twin" or " a banded sales supervisor".

He decide to resigned from the current position effective on 30 August 2010. I wish him a good luck and all the best for his future endeavour.
